Experience
Places I've worked, and what I built there.
I've worked on manufacturing operations, early-stage products, mobile health, education, and applied ML. The longer entries include the decisions, tradeoffs, and lessons—not just the stack.

Software Engineer, Foundation Industries
Full-time (Summer 2026)
Full-stack platform engineering for manufacturing operations — production software connecting quoting, engineering review, CNC scheduling, machine data, and shop-floor visibility.
- Build production software spanning customer quoting, engineering review, manufacturing planning, CNC operations, and shop-floor visibility.
- Contributed to an interactive 3D CAD review experience with direct feature selection and DFM annotations — replacing older GLB-based annotation flows and saving an estimated 2–3 engineering hours per order.
- Helped implement machine-data infrastructure (Haas CNC via MTConnect-style data → Raspberry Pi collector → PostgreSQL/Supabase) feeding facility dashboards for spindle time, runtime, utilization, and production-slot calculations.
- Worked on production reliability: route protection and permissions, Stripe webhook idempotency, audit ledgers, and Playwright/Vitest end-to-end testing in CI.

Led full-stack development of an AI-powered GCSE revision platform — turning assessment signals into a persistent adaptive-learning loop that reached ~10,000 monthly learners at peak.
- Designed core architecture across authentication, database schema, payments, and usage-based access control.
- Built adaptive learning flows: diagnostics, mastery estimation, daily study plans, and AI-assisted grading of written responses.
- Helped scale the platform to roughly 10,000 monthly learners at peak usage.
